Easy installation, comfortable, stand-alone operation

Easy, uncomplicated viewing, redlining and maintaining of documents based on your Windows environment. Simply install LiveDOK and get started! No special IT infrastructure is needed, and LiveDOK is quickly integrated into your own system landscape. The management license for document managers and the field license for maintenance personnel are exactly tailored to match the needs of their individual users.

And what’s more, the system can be used anytime, anywhere in your plant on mobile Windows end devices, for instance during inspections. An especially practical feature: Thanks to LiveDOK‘s full offline functionality, you still have complete access to documents even in areas without WLAN reception, or during a network failure.

Getting started is uncomplicated: LiveDOK is available as a purchased solution, as a subscription with a monthly cancellation option, with device-linked licenses or via device-independent network licenses.

One single platform with all your documents: LiveDOK brings different source files with more than 200 formats together in PDF-Format at one interface. At the same time our solution functions as a unified front end for already-existing partial documentation solutions such as CAD, CAE, Office, ERP and DMS. If wished we can connect applications of your choice, such as SAP, Sharepoint or Dokumentum directly with LiveDOK.

A user-friendly complete package

LiveDOK delivers a high-performance complete solution for your plant documentation. Thanks to the intuitive interface and practical functions like a full text search, using the software is very simple, so it can be implemented in your enterprise with very little training effort. Maintenance teams and other users already know their way around the system after a short introduction. If wished, we support documentation managers in the first steps with LiveDOK with an intensive program comprising demand analysis, a training unit and a review for further optimization. We will be glad to make you an individual training offer.

LiveDOK for everyone

If you would like to use LiveDOK even more flexibly in your enterprise, or if an external service provider needs temporary access to your plant documentation for a specific project, LiveDOK.web is the solution. Our functional extension for LiveDOK license holders enable the system to be used as a web application on any end device or operating system, from Notebook to mobile phone. For this we integrate the web client into your IT system environment via our server application. You have a choice of licenses for LiveDOK.web, with redlining access or just with viewing rights depending on your requirements. LiveDOK.web is available as a subscription with a monthly cancellation option.
